After leaving my previous work, I immediately started working on this project that was always in the back of my mind for the last 4 years.
PW2 is a reinterpretation of an old game I worked, for which I still have the cards, but the rules are long forgotten. Out of frustration the need to create a better version of it came.
PW2 is a City-Building card game in which you place down buildings to create synergies and obtain Civilization Points. Effects are varied in this 100-card pack, and no 2 games are alike!

It took me 2 major overhauls of the mechanics and 5 months of iteration to find the right fun/strategy balance. 1.5 years later, I'm still refining the content.
I designed a Playtest Protocol from scratch and coordinated many playtests using web tools. All feedback are saved onto a MySQL DB and analyzed using Python.
Many of the icons I use come from game-icons.net. But when I can't find what I'm looking for, I use Figma to mash together or create from scratch the icons I need.
